Introducing the New Electronic Copyright Process
EFC17 has implemented a new electronic process for copyright submission In order for the electronic copyright form to be processed correctly, a simple procedure must be followed:
• • Once completed the first registration and entered all personal data with complete and verifiable contact information (including email address and telephone number), corresponding author will be required to give his consent to the processing of personal information;
• • Finally - in order to fully complete the registration - corresponding author will be required to assign to ATENA Scarl the copyright related to the paper/s which will be presented at EFC17.
• • EFC17 electronic procedure will automatically match the abstract/s submitted with its author/s: once completed the registration procedure, corresponding author will be provided with username and password to login and submit the abstract/s and also to insert the co-authors. Both corresponding author and co-authors will receive an auto-generated e-mail confirming the status of abstract submission. This means that the Informatics Toll will automatically update entered information and will match the abstract/s with its author and co-authors.
Please note that without the acceptance of copyright's compulsory clauses, corresponding author will not be authorized to complete his registration and to submit the short abstract.
Moreover, for conference Paper - as a condition of publication - ATENA Scarl also requires that corresponding author or one of the co-authors register, pay any applicable registration fees for that conference, attend, and present the work.
The system is highly user friendly and will take you through the process in 30 seconds or less.
